The aircraft are specifically designed for sightseeing with some on-board upgrades developed and patented by Papillon itself; all of the helicopters and airplanes in the Papillon fleet feature vista windows and offer narratives in several languages. Papillon transports up to 3,500 passengers a day with its fleet of aircraft, all of which are rigorously maintained each day by highly qualified maintenance teams.
